Clear Pricing. No Surprises.
Every business needs something a little different, so we don’t sell off-the-shelf packages. Instead, we review your requirements for free and send a written proposal with a fixed scope and a clear price. You know the full cost before you commit to anything.

How We Work Together
Choose the engagement model that fits your project. A common path is to start with a fixed-scope build, then move to a monthly support plan once you’re live.
Fixed-Scope Project
For websites, online stores, mobile apps and custom software with a defined scope.
- One agreed price for agreed deliverables
- Timeline with milestone dates
- Deposit, then milestone payments
- Full handover when paid in full
Monthly Support Plan
For keeping a live website or application updated, secure and running smoothly.
- Updates, backups and monitoring
- Small changes and fixes each month
- One point of contact
- Cancel future months with notice
Consulting Engagement
For technology planning, system reviews and second opinions before you invest.
- Defined questions and outcomes
- Written recommendations
- Priced per engagement
- Agreed in writing before we start
What Shapes the Price
Two projects that look similar on the surface can take very different amounts of work. These are the factors that make the biggest difference.
Size and scope
The number of pages, screens, features and user roles.
Design
A fully custom design takes longer than adapting a proven template.
Integrations
Connecting payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs or other systems.
Content and data
Writing content, migrating data or uploading product catalogs.
Timeline
Tight deadlines can require more people working in parallel.
Ongoing needs
Whether you’d like support, updates and improvements after launch.
How Payment Works
Approve the proposal
You review the scope, timeline and price. Nothing is billed until you approve.
Deposit
A deposit reserves our time and starts the work.
Milestone payments
You pay as agreed milestones are delivered and reviewed.
Handover
Code, accounts and documentation are handed over once the final invoice is paid.
All invoices are issued in U.S. dollars. Full details are in our Payment Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Every Proposal Includes
- A clear list of deliverables
- What’s not included, stated up front
- A timeline with milestone dates
- The total price and payment schedule in USD
- Expected third-party costs (hosting, domains, licenses, app store fees)
- Ownership and handover terms
Why don’t we publish a price list?
A five-page brochure website and a five-page website with online booking, payments and a CRM connection can look the same on a price list, yet take very different amounts of work. Rather than show a “from” price that doesn’t reflect your project, we’d rather understand what you need and give you a real number in writing.
Pricing Questions
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The scope review and proposal are free, with no obligation to go ahead.
Can the price change once work starts?
Not for the agreed scope. If you ask for something new, we quote it separately and only proceed once you approve it in writing.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, software licenses or app store fees are listed in your proposal, and they’re usually paid directly to those providers in your name.
Can I spread the cost over time?
Milestone payments already spread the cost across the project. If you need a different schedule, mention it during the scope review and we’ll discuss what’s possible.
