A mobile app project can involve user experience, device behavior, data, integrations, testing, and ongoing platform requirements. Without a clear scope, teams may face uncertainty about which features belong in the first release and what is needed to maintain the app. Wex Worlds LLC helps define and develop mobile app work according to agreed requirements and project terms.

Who This Service Is For
- Startups planning a mobile product
- Businesses that need a mobile companion to an existing service
- Organizations seeking an app for customer or employee workflows
- Retail and service businesses considering mobile access to selected functions
- Companies that need a mobile interface connected to existing systems
What May Be Included
Depending on the written scope, a project may include discovery of users, workflows, supported devices, and functional requirements; feature prioritization for an initial app release; user-flow planning and interface implementation for agreed screens; iOS, Android, or cross-platform development as selected in the proposal; back-end or API integration where included and technically feasible; app permissions and device feature configuration required for agreed functions; testing of agreed app flows on selected devices or emulators; support preparing store listing materials and submission steps if specified; and release planning and handover documentation.

App-store review and approval are controlled by Apple and Google. Wex Worlds LLC cannot guarantee approval, release timing, discoverability, or uninterrupted availability. Store policies, developer accounts, fees, and required disclosures are controlled by the relevant providers and client.
Client Deliverables
The Project Agreement defines the handover. It may include the agreed app build, source code where contracted, technical documentation, release notes, and transfer of credentials or repository access through a secure handover. Training or an app walkthrough is included only if specified. Developer accounts, platform fees, hosting, third-party SDKs, and subscriptions are subject to separate provider terms and charges.

Project Process
- Discovery: Define the app’s audience, problem, target platforms, core features, and dependencies.
- Scope planning: Agree on release scope, integrations, responsibilities, exclusions, acceptance criteria, and any milestones.
- Experience and technical planning: Map key flows and select the technical approach for the agreed platforms.
- Development: Implement scoped screens, functions, and integrations.
- Quality review: Test agreed flows and address in-scope defects; review behavior on agreed device and OS coverage.
- Release preparation and handover: Prepare agreed submission materials, coordinate client-led store submission or release steps, and transfer documented deliverables.

Common Technologies and Platforms
Potential technologies may include native iOS development with Swift, Android development with Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. Back-end services and APIs may use mainstream web technologies and cloud providers. Platform selection depends on product requirements and is confirmed during project planning.
Engagement and Pricing
Pricing: Custom quote. Pricing depends on platform choice, feature scope, integrations, design, back-end requirements, and testing coverage.
Typical timeline: Every project is scoped individually. Your timeline is confirmed in your written proposal after a free scope review.
Payment terms and any milestones are set out in the written proposal or Project Agreement.
What Is Not Included
Unless expressly included, mobile app development does not include app-store approval, developer account fees, third-party service fees, ongoing hosting, legal or privacy review, ongoing maintenance, content production, device procurement, or features outside the agreed scope. Client-side testing, store account ownership, and timely review responsibilities should be defined in the agreement. Additional requests may require a change request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you build for iOS and Android?
Supported platforms are selected for each project and stated in the proposal. Building for both platforms may affect scope and cost.
Can you connect the app to our current software?
An integration may be possible if the system offers suitable APIs or access and the work is included in scope. Third-party limitations and fees may apply.
Will Apple or Google approve the app?
App-store approval is controlled by Apple and Google. Wex Worlds LLC can support agreed preparation and submission tasks but cannot guarantee approval or timing.
Who owns the app and source code?
Ownership and licenses for source code and third-party components are governed by the Project Agreement. Confirm the applicable terms before work begins.
Is ongoing app maintenance included?
Maintenance is included only if stated in the agreement. App operating systems, devices, and third-party services change over time, so continuing support may need a separate arrangement.
