The proposal should state what is included, what the client must provide, how changes are handled, and how completion will be reviewed.
Client Deliverables
The handover package is defined in the Project Agreement. Depending on the project, it may include the agreed source code, technical or user documentation, deployment notes, and transfer of credentials or access through a secure handover process. Training or walkthroughs can be included when specified in the agreed scope. Third-party accounts, licenses, hosting, and service subscriptions remain subject to their providers’ terms and fees.
