How Our Pricing Works
Every project is different, so we price each one individually after a free scope review. Before any work starts, you receive a written proposal with the scope, deliverables, timeline and total cost. Nothing is billed that is not in that proposal or a change you approve in writing.

Fixed-Scope Projects
For websites, online stores, mobile apps and custom software with a defined scope. One agreed price for the agreed deliverables, usually paid as a deposit plus milestone payments.
Monthly Maintenance & Support
For keeping a live website or application updated, backed up and working. Billed monthly. You can cancel future billing under the notice terms in your agreement.
Consulting & Advisory
For technology planning, audits and second opinions before you invest. Priced per engagement and agreed in writing before work starts.

What Every Proposal Includes
- A clear list of deliverables and what is not included
- A timeline with milestones
- The total price and payment schedule, in U.S. dollars
- Any third-party costs you should expect, such as hosting, domains, licenses or app store fees
- Ownership and handover terms
How Payment Works
